Caipirinha: Inspired by Carnival traditions like Cariwest, this bonbon features a cachaça (rum) ganache layered with mint-lime gel, enrobed in a dark milk chocolate crafted from Brazilian cacao.
Rose, Cardamom & Honey: Reminiscent of Gulab Jamun, sweet and floral ganache wrapped in dark chocolate to celebrate Heritage Days.
Mezcal Sunrise: With Cinco de Mayo vibes, milk chocolate ganache infused with Solmano Mezcal Espadin & citrus topped with a pomegranate float for the perfect balance.
Vanilla & Blueberry Gelato: A nod to Folk Fest, creamy vanilla bean ganache topped with blueberry coulis in a dark chocolate shell.
