Jacqueline Jacek is the world’s first Cocoanista; a fusion between a Fashionista & a Chocolatier. A Cocoanista applies the principles of haute couture in the creation of artisan chocolates. These principles include expression through shape & colour (and the additional dimension of flavour in chocolate), intricate construction, innovative technique and the use of the highest quality components to create truly exceptional works of art.

Yes. JACEK Chocolate Couture only sources chocolate from the best chocolate makers around the world (Valrhona & Cacao Barry) who are committed to empowering cacao farmers to improve their incomes, who are active in supporting industry programs that aim at eradicating abusive child labor, and who have ecological sustainability in mind.
We are particularly proud of having our own Bean-to-Bar Chocolate where we ethically source cocoa beans directly from the farmers and make our own chocolate. ALLERGENS

Please keep your chocolate in a cool (16-18C), dry environment; away from heat and direct sunlight.

Yes, we do. Please have a look at our vegan chocolate product line in our Online Shop.

Our products do not contain gluten in the recipe, however, we are not a certified gluten-free facility, so you will find gluten listed as an allergen in the "May contain" statement on all our packaging.

None of our products contain peanuts, however, some may contain tree nuts. You will find an allergen statement and a link to a detailed ingredients list in the description of each product in the online shop.

Donations

Due to the high volume of requests, we were unable to make any donations at this time.

Non-Profit Pricing

We are pleased to be able to offer preferential pricing on table favors for fundraising galas that will have 150 + guests. For more information on whether your event qualifies for the preferential pricing, please contact hello@jacekchocolate.com.

 

PICK UP & SHIPPING

We offer convenient in-store pick up (free) from our Sherwood Park store only (406 Kaska Road). We do not offer pick up from our Crestwood location. 

Step 1: Upon checkout you will be able to choose from the available pick up dates and times.

Step 2: Once your order is received, we will carefully pack it for you in preparation for your pickup. You will receive a notification from us via email when your order is ready for pickup. Once received, you are welcome to come to the store at any time during our regular business hours to pick up your order - regardless of the date and time you originally selected.

Due to the volume of orders we are receiving, we require 24 hours of lead time to complete your order. However, if we are able to complete your order earlier, you will receive an “Order Ready for Pick-up” email informing you that it is ready. Please keep an eye on your email inbox for this notification and keep in mind we cannot guarantee same day pick-up.  Please note, orders need to be picked up within 14 days of chosen date, JACEK assumes no responsibility and refunds will not be issued.  

 

Yes we do. The shipping rate is dependent on the shipping destination and the delivery speed (you have the choice between Standard, Express, and Overnight shipping services).
 

The Canmore boutique is a partner location located at and managed by Stonewaters. To place an order for pick up from Stonewaters, please reach out to their team at 403.609.4477 or place an order online at www.stonewaters.com.

Step 1: On the cart page, you can choose from the available delivery dates. We have limited delivery slots every day. If a specific date is not available (greyed out in the calendar), that means that all slots are full.

Step 2: Proceed to check out and add a mobile phone number in the delivery details. You will receive a text message on the day of the delivery that will ask you to opt in to receive updates on your delivery. Please respond to the text message to receive an estimated time of delivery and the option to leave instructions for and communicate with the driver.

Please note: If the recipient is not home at the time of delivery and has not left any instructions for the driver, the order will be returned to JACEK and can be picked up from the boutique or get re-delivered at an additional fee. When instructed to leave order at the door, JACEK is not responsible for any (heat) damage or theft.
