Position Details
Location: 406 Kaska Road, Sherwood Park, T8A 4G8
Department: Production
Reports To: Head Chocolatier
Shift: 1pm-9pm from Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
Contract Length: August 2026 – April 2027, 8 months, with possibility of extension
What you’ll do
Cleaning Responsibilities:
· All dishwashing tasks; rinsing, dishwashing, unloading the dishwasher and putting away the cleaned items
· End of day production area clean down, including sanitation, sweeping, mopping and completing the relevant documentation
· Deep cleaning based on the HACCP requirements & schedule in the production, warehouse and food storage areas, and completing the relevant documentation.
· Bathrooms (daily), Kitchenette (twice a week) & lunchroom (weekly)
Assisting the production team with tasks such as:
· Preparing & polishing molds on the front end of the chocolate making process, then knocking out & condensing the chocolates from the molds onto trays to prepare for packaging at the back end of the process.
· Receiving ingredients and packaging, and putting them into storage in their designated locations (must be able to lift 40lbs)
· Tasks related to our HACCP Plan, including monitoring temperatures, sanitations schedules

- Able to travel reliably to Sherwood Park (must have own vehicle)
- Must be able to work the evening shift (1pm- 9pm)
- Enjoy focused, repetitive tasks
- Can stand for long periods of time & be able to lift 40 lbs
