JACEK is a Sherwood Park based business that is committed to spreading joy through fine, fashionable chocolate for the past 16 years. We are a detail-oriented, joyful, and creative team looking for someone to work alongside us to grow our brand, share our love of fine chocolate and help us make a difference in the communities that we serve.
Role Responsibilities:
- Providing excellent customer service
- Have a good understanding of the products to actively engage with customers and make recommendations
- Responsible for stocking shelves and arranging displays
- Handling transactions accurately and efficiently
- Opening and closing boutique
- Keeping the store clean, organized, and visually appealing
- Collaborating with colleagues and working effectively as part of a team
Candidate Requirements:
- Must have a positive, can-do attitude
- Must have transportation
- Must be committed to our core purpose of spreading joy
- Must be able to work well under pressure in peak seasons
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays when needed
- Must have excellent time management skills, with a high level of detail
- Must be willing to work autonomously and with a team
Hours per week: This is a part time position with the possibility for more hours during the peak season.
This position will work primarily out of our St Albert Boutique, however, could rotate between Sherwood Park and Edmonton Crestwood locations if needed.
Standard Retail hours: Monday- Friday 10am-5:30pm and Saturday 10am-5pm. Weekend availability is required.
Holiday Black out periods:
1 week prior to Mothers Day
2 weeks prior to Valentines Day & Easter
4 weeks prior to Christmas
