Location: Downtown Calgary
Employment Type: Seasonal pop-up retail position, from Nov 10 to Dec 24, 2026.
Schedule: Approximately 30 hours per week, with 5-8 hour shifts between the hours of 10am – 7pm
Availability: Must be available weekdays and weekends
Compensation: Very competitive retail pay

We are looking for seasonal pop-up team members to represent JACEK at our downtown Calgary pop-up and help deliver a beautiful, high-touch retail experience during a busy seasonal period.
The Opportunity
This is a guest-facing retail role for someone who is polished, reliable, and energized by creating a thoughtful customer experience. You will help welcome guests, share product recommendations, support sales, and keep the pop-up looking beautiful and well stocked throughout each shift.
The ideal person enjoys connecting with people, has a strong eye for presentation, and can confidently represent a premium brand in a fast-paced seasonal pop-up environment.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Experience & Sales
• Warmly welcome guests and create a joyful, elevated customer experience
• Share product knowledge and make thoughtful recommendations for gifting, personal purchases, and seasonal occasions
• Support sales by answering questions, helping guests choose products, and completing transactions with care
• Represent JACEK with professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail
Pop-Up Operations
• Set up, maintain, and restock displays so the pop-up looks polished and inviting at all times
• Support opening and closing duties, including product counts, tidying, and POS procedures as assigned
• Monitor product levels and communicate replenishment needs to the team lead
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and brand presentation standards throughout each shift
Teamwork & Reliability
• Arrive on time and prepared for scheduled 5-8 hour shifts, breaks & lunch breaks covered.
• Be available for weekday and weekend shifts throughout the pop-up period
• Work collaboratively with the JACEK team to support a smooth and successful seasonal experience
• Communicate clearly and proactively with the team lead about guest feedback, inventory needs, or operational issues

• Guests feel warmly welcomed, well served, and excited about the JACEK experience
• Displays remain full, beautiful, and brand aligned throughout the day
• Transactions are handled accurately and professionally
• The pop-up space is clean, organized, and ready for the next shift
Who You Are
We are looking for someone who is warm, dependable, and detail-oriented, someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and takes pride in creating a beautiful retail experience.
The ideal candidate is:
• Friendly, polished, and confident speaking with customers
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a small team
• Reliable, punctual, and available for weekday and weekend shifts
• Organized and attentive to product presentation, cleanliness, and details
• Excited by premium chocolate, gifting, and creating joyful customer moments
• Bonus: experience with POS systems, seasonal retail, pop-ups, markets, or luxury goods
