Daytime Retail Sales Associate 

Position: Retail Sales Associate
Hours: Part-Time / Full-Time (Minimum 20 hours per week)
Shift: Daytime weekday hours and weekends

Boutique Hours:  Monday – Friday 10am -6pm, Saturday 10am -5pm, Sundays 11am -4pm (St Albert only)
Location: Must be available to work at our Sherwood Park, Crestwood and St Albert Boutiques

Position Overview

We are seeking a sophisticated, energetic, and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our boutique team. In this role, you will be the face of our luxury brand, guiding guests through our exquisite chocolate collections, sharing the stories behind our flavors, and ensuring an immaculate shopping environment.

This position offers a consistent daytime schedule with a guaranteed minimum of 20 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Luxury Service: Welcome guests warmly and deliver an elevated, consultative shopping experience.
• Product Expertise: Learn and passionately communicate our flavor profiles, ingredients, and brand heritage.
• Visual Merchandising: Maintain the boutique’s high visual standards, ensuring displays are pristine, elegant, and fully stocked.
• Daily Operations: Handle point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately and assist with opening/closing duties.
• Gifting & Packaging: Beautifully wrap and package delicate luxury chocolate boxes and custom assortments.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in retail, specialty food, or upscale hospitality is highly preferred.
• Strong communication skills with a polished, professional demeanor.
• Passion for fine food, gourmet confections, or the culinary arts.
• Reliable availability for daytime shifts during the week and including weekends
• High attention to detail and cleanliness.
