The Opportunity
We are seeking a Chocolatier to join our production team. You’ll help create our signature handcrafted bonbons from start to finish— from preparations of molds, preparing & pipping ganaches and supporting all chocolate making tasks in production.
Key Responsibilities
As a member of our production team, you’ll collaborate closely with our team of chocolatiers to craft our signature products. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Bonbon Production & Decoration
- Preparing and decorating chocolate moulds using airbrushing, transfer sheets, cocoa butter, and hand-painting techniques
- Creating chocolate shells, preparing ganache fillings, and closing bonbons
- Ensuring visual consistency and finishing aligned with seasonal designs
Chocolate Making
- Producing a wide range of chocolate bars
- Chocolate panning
- Participating in bean-to-bar production processes
- Ganache making for filled shells & slabs
- Enrobing
- Casting & closing molds
Operations & Team Support
- Assisting with packaging and order fulfillment as needed
- Receiving and documenting orders
- Daily cleaning duties and weekly deep cleaning duties
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and CFIA-compliant workspace
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods throughout a shift
- Ability to lift and carry production materials (e.g., boxes, ingredients, equipment)
- Comfortable working in a temperature-controlled/cool production environment
