This is a collaboration between Credo Coffee and JACEK Chocolate Couture, and it was JACEK’s first bean-to-bar chocolate. This bar is created in-house using whole-bean Espresso (Black Cat), and cocoa beans from the Dominican Republic. The chocolate is refined for over 3 days to give it a smooth mouthfeel and a very elegant flavour.
