A tin of Sipping Chocolate.

Mayan Hot Chocolate (spicy)

¾ cup homogenized milk
½ teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon honey
½ fresh red chilli pepper (scored and seeds removed)
3 tablespoons Sipping Chocolate
Pinch of salt

Make a paste by adding 3 tablespoons of milk, cinnamon, honey and Sipping Chocolate into a cup, and microwave on high for 30 seconds. Stir. Add remaining milk and the chilli piece. Microwave for another 30 seconds (or until desired temperature is reached). Stir well. Remove chilli piece. Add a pinch of salt for the final touch!
*Optional: Add a dollop of whipped cream and sprinkle with Sipping Chocolate & cayenne powder.
