The beans are derived from the THEOBROMA CACAO TREE, also known as the cocoa tree. At JACEK, our beans are sourced from Costa Rica, Colombia and the Dominican Republic. Our beans are dried after harvesting, then fermented and cracked to produce small, dark bits. Tada- nibs!
