Recipe: BBQ Sauce

During the spring and summer months, barbeque sauce turns into a staple item for most households. So, we decide to create a spicy and smoky sauce that contains our favourite ingredient…chocolate! This barbeque sauce is perfect on steak, pork (it’s an AMAZING pulled pork sauce), and even grilled veggies. When the invitation arrived for the opening of the new Valrhona Ecole in Brooklyn, I thought about it for approximately 8 milliseconds, before deciding that this was an opportunity that could not be missed.
