These principles include expression through shape & colour (and the additional dimension of flavour in chocolate), intricate construction, innovative technique and the use of the highest quality components to create truly exceptional works of art.

JACEK Chocolate Couture is proud to only source chocolate from the best chocolate makers around the world who are committed to empowering cacao farmers to improve their incomes, who are active in supporting industry programs that aim at eradicating abusive child labor, and who have ecological sustainability in mind.
The major supplier of chocolate to JACEK Chocolate Couture works in partnership with local producers during every stage of the cultivation process to maintain the high quality of cocoa beans. From harvest through fermentation, to the open air sun-drying phase, the quality of the beans depends as much on agricultural techniques as on respect for nature and the skilled work of the men and women in the plantation.
Respect, trust, sustainability and the development of local economies are the basis for partnerships with planters. Long-term contracts guaranteeing volumes and purchase prices and quality bonuses encouraging the viability of plantations coupled with technical assistance and joint research programs are at the center of these partnerships that aim to cultivate great cocoa beans.
At JACEK Chocolate Couture, we are committed to supporting our community as best we can by way of chocolate donations. However, as a small business, we cannot support every request that we receive based on the volume of requests that we receive every week. Our focus for donations is on causes that help children. We will accept requests for donations by email only to general@jacekchocolate.com. Due to the high volume of requests, we will only respond to those charities that we are able to support. If you do not hear from us within 2 weeks, we were unable to make a donation to your charity at this time.
